The story of a conquest
If fashion is only a perpetual renewal, the fact remains that the silhouettes have changed over time, and that clothing has undergone many important changes over the centuries. And it is still to a great French seamstress that we owe this profound change, in the person of Gabriel Chanel who from the 1950s offered the female fashion an androgynous silhouette. The cups, once puffy, became close to the body and the shirt finally conjugated to the feminine.
